Always install the Full or Stable version first. Beta and Release Candidate versions are usually incremental updates. The Full versions are often 50 MB or more, and the updates are smaller, about half of that size.

DO take seriously...close all other programs while running the install.

The Firebird Database has to be installed and running, because that's where osFinancials stores data. The database engine is installed as part of the Full version install.
