Added- Logging for audit trail. Turn logging on at Setup->preferences->Data parameters set the logging to off or 8 for maximum logging. Theres a example trigger on the users table that can also be used on anny other table to log inserts / deletes / updates. At access control there is also a report button that will show the trail between a time frame.
- Auto pos logout. If the auto pos logout interval is set (in seconds) at the pos setup the pos closes after X seconds of inactivity. And yoiu must relogin or the set of books will close.
- Cost center can now be selected in a batch, bank cash batch or document the reports for the cost center have been added to the general ledger reports. You can add costgroups in the edit groups interface here you can also change the name of the groups.
- Groups can be enabled / disabled Groups can now be disabled so groups that cannot be selected are not in the pick list.
- Bank import will retail link to the imported line after transactions are posted. In openitem you can double click a imported line to show the whole imported description (only for new transactions)
- Multiple bank accounts for debtor creditor. You can now add multiple bank aaccounts to a debtor or creditor. Also in a batch when linking a bank account to a debtor or creditor the new bak account will be added to the list if the standaard is already filled with a diverent bank account.
Fixed- Access control "hide disable items" did not hide buttons.
- Auto logout for POS now does not logout when a line is added.
- Documents where missing in the document list. The SQL that picked up the documents had a flawn if the document was linked of the document could disapear from this screen. The SQL creteria was moved to there join sections of the query.
- The text Netto proffit or Netto loss was partialy hidden in the trail balance.
PluginsRegister online- Some more fields where set as a obligated field so the registration is a little more compleet.

On of the main features of this release is the single user run anywhere installation.Now its more save than ever to go to a new version as you can fully install osFinancials 2-0-2-0 in to a new folder and work with it (1 user only) to see if the new version is working for you. With the new checks possible on tax accounts and the default check for inaccurate ledger tax transactions makes this version of osFinancials more robust than is pressers. 10.000 registered users and other statistics |

On 17 march 2008, 19 moths later after osFinancials started, the 10.000st user registered. The users come from all over the world with a high concentrate in the Netherlands and Belgium. The software is downloaded on average 200 times a day. This figure is including the updates and generates a data stream around 10 Gb per day! The osFinancials website delivers 3000 pages per day, arround 90.000 pages a month. These pages are viewed by 6000 unique visitors.
Specially the WIKI and the FORUM generated a large part of these pages. |
