OBAangifte.osf Plugin DLL Error

The icons does not display only when the OBAangifte.osf is working

Does not install in CrossOver 8 standard demo. Runs great in Wine.

In Crossover I get the following error:
AccessViolation at address 00000000 when clicking on the Install button.
