osF

This new version allows better integration with osCommerce allowing upload of items and multilanguages. And my personal favourite colours for groups in documents. more where this came from please read the release notes.

Fixed

• Invoice to credit note did not work sometimes. (var null from dochead table translation)
• Import of Stock set BDisabled to the WStockTypeId value
• Age analysis with no open items should deduct payment for the oldest invoice (or order for creditors).
• Using report data integirity messed up the current user making the program unstable.
• In African bank method the totals at the bottom where not calculated right when the batch was inclusive.
• when going in to a batch with the debit column read only the next opened batch did also not allow debit entry.
• The refresh of the open item detail to find the imported bank line was not stopped and was running every 500 millisecond.
• The delete in Edit-Delete->Documents did not allow you to delete quotes and orders.
• Sqllog can now be viewed while using osF making it easier to see what sql is used and if there is to much overhead on loading a screen. finding these lines in the log file is to hard.
• Right mouse on document list copy document did a refill of the dochead info form the debtor / creditor

• Allow a plug-in for controller login (RFID)
• Optimized forms (mainscreen/Documents/Debtor/creditor/stock/calender/TLedgerviewer)for hand-held / small screen devices. Added option for smaller icons (add at section [settings] smallicons=true in the osF.ini file)
• Add stock reporting groups on the fly from stock edit form
• You can now auto backup the last active database when closing osF. (add at section [BACKUP] AUTOBACKUP=TRUE
• Field WopenTransactid added to dochead so the open transaction id is stored there
• Color codes for groups (used at document for document group 1 and at horeca pos )
• Allow custom field length for accounts description.
• Debtor and creditor fields can now also be dynamical expanded in the database.
• Multilanguage suport for stockitems. (stock edit form)
• Multigroups for stock. (stock edit form) this is used for the button bars in button lookup and HORECA pos).
• Ini can now be read from registry per user per machine. this allows you to get debug for just 1 machine and not all clients that login.

plugins

Ecommerce

• New ecommerce plugin that allows you to upload new stockitems from osFinancials to your osCommerce sites. Full support for multi shop. Also the plugin has been completely revised so the data is stored in the database. There's a option to convert your older files to the new plugin. (commercial release)

HORECAPOS

• This release is the first official beta of the horecapos plugin. It allow you to make use of osFinancials in a horeca business. (commercial release)
