Chapter 1: Uploading articles.
1.0) Required plugins
You have the following plugins required if you want to use these functions:
1) Ecommerce plugin
2) Multimedia plugin
3) Free Fields plugin
4) Price agreement plugin
1.1) category (group) create and upload
1.1.1) category (group) Create
Go through the menu, choose Settings => Administration => Groups
Select the main group to the first category in the shop to create.
Click " New "and type the desired category name.
We now have the basis for osF placed in the category of distribution.
Now we must extend it for use in combination with our webshop.
We do this by right-clicking the group just created.
We are opting for "Translations" and fill in the various fields in each language.
Dor right clicking on the category and selecting Link image we associate the category image.
The screen Image for "Multimedia" and "Free Fields" for future development.

Now that we have prepared the class we go to the E-commerce plugin in order to upload.
Select the shop by clicking it and click the OK button.
Now click the button" Upload groups and options "to the group just created ( s) to upload.
After uploading the groups you see the message "Processing Finish" and you can check the shop has been uploaded.
1.2) Create and upload articles

You click in the left column on the tab "Items"
If you do not have products then click the New button
We start with the basic settings of the article.
Then we go into the shop specie specific settings do.
1.2. 2) Article Translations
The first is the product name and description as we want to use it in the shop.
This we do by language.
If we wish make the tabs for further information in a specific prodct we can do that in the screen wara we get by pressing the "Free Fields" button.
We can more or less boxes to see.
These boxes are for each additional tab to create and are also filled with HTML text.

1.2.3) Article assign multiple groups
In the tab "Multi Group" we the article in additional groups, provided that already exist.
For example, an article in its own category group are placed, but eg also (temporarily or otherwise) in the group "offers".
You can view the article in any number of additional groups of sites.
1.2.4) Article with pictures

We can now have up 7 photo per article.

First, we start adding the images and then link them to a specific sequence in the article.
We have four choices for the image pair.
1) copy the file (let the original stand where it now stands and copy the file within the file structure osF)
2) to database (instead of the 1 - and 0's, from which the image is created in the database osF)
3) free URL (this is a link to the file, see Section 4 but also the possibility of such a link to take the Internet etc.)
4) Torque file (let the original stand where it now stands and put a link to the file)
My personal preference is for Option 1.
Whatever happened to the original image is (accidentally erased, for example) the image that we use in the shop is securely stored within the file structure osF)

2.0) Required plugins

2.1) client to upload
Make your customer as you would with a normal customer would.
Please note that you still need to enter an email address.
Then a contact person.
The standard contact person will be used for upload of the account.
Observe that The fields with red * are required fields if the customer is going to be uploaded.
If all fields are created, the customer can be uploaded.
Put both checkboxes and click" OK "button.
2.2) Customer email for activation of the account
After the client has uploaded and is visible in the admin section of the shop, we need the client to send an email to request a password.
by right clicking on the debtor and go through "Action Plugin" to "E-mail documents.
From the upper field nothing.
From the bottom field the name of the template for sending the "request password".
Click OK to send to the screen.
To send this email to multiple clients created, select" Plugin mass action "and then" E-mail documents.

by right clicking on the offer and go through "Action Plugin" to "E-mail documents.
You will get no selection, but comes right on the upload screen.
To send this email to multiple clients created , select "Plugin mass action" and then "E-mail documents.
