Again new exciting things have been implemented. We are always making progress and this is again a very good step in to the right direction. With multi line in the freefields plug-in you can store almost anny data at the most important entity's. This allows you to customize osFinancials to suit your data needs. And brings us again a level higher on CRM activities. Please check out the changes list and download this version.

Fixed
- Processing documents did not take document reference to the description. (overlooked a call to the wrong dataset)
- Batch entry -100 did not exchange debit for credit.
- Fixed bug with bank import that has to long account number.
- Export of CSV and tax gave error (it was actually don correct but there was a error shown.
Added
- Description labels for the adress in documents.
- More features to openitem link like find invalide transaction, filter records on search string, and set ticked selected records. Also receive payment for multiple items is now working correct.
- osF can now read basefolders form reports etc fron registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\osfinancials values OWNBASEDIR The base dir for files in a set of books. OWNOSFDIR the folder to your folder with a subfolder Bin thats holds the settings.dfm etc. OWNPLUGINDIR path to most plugin settings and reports.
- Lookup for items has gopt more info on the bottom bar like current stock quotes and orders prices 1,2,3, and last purchase price. You will need to wait a second for the info to load so when you are scrolling it doenst slow down.
- You can select the field used for barcode with the sysparam STK_BRCODELOOKUP so you can have a custom Sql for the lookup.
- All SQL can now be custom by adding sysparam GLOBALSQLPREFIX it will look for the SQL with that prefix. So the file database_selectstock.sql will be replaced with XXXdatabase_selectstock.sql This file is used as search for stockitems and can make you add your own column. In combination with freefields this can be verry powerfull.
- Import of bank makes maching posible (if other logic fails) sysparam MATCHIDEAL set to True Sysparam MATCHMASK is used to make a document number from the number found. MATCHTEXT Text that will be matched like 'IDEAL BETALING:' then it will copy the next 5 digets folowed by this match and format it (Format N000000 with number 23123 will make N023123) then it will match this on a document and place the debtor and try to link of with default algorithems.
- Pay creditors , transactions was only shown when bank account was not empty.
- Group name is now directly editable and not like before you had to click on a label.
- Added document company and contact for invoice address and delivery. Also added tax ref.
- You can double click on the envelope image next to the delivery address and select a debtor for delivery.
- The contra account of a document is now shown and can be changed.
Plugins

- Added the new fields in documents to the import.
- Implemented inc pricing with country specific ledgers. (new doc contra account).
- All plugins that use the email functions now have the following extras 1 allow conditional parts 2 allow html table / tab table to be used in email. (like document lines)
- In combination with the multimedia plugin it will store the email and PDF under the document / account.
PriceAgreement
- Added 1 more level of pricing.
Sendpackage
Sendpackage is the new plugin for parcelware and GLS and anny other shipment modules to come (you can only ship something once).
- Linkes cannow be clicked to go directly to the site and track the package
FreeFields
- Fixed bug empty string = 1 in database.
- Added the multi line option to store multiple records at 1 entity (debtor / creditor / stock or document).
