Fixed
- Qty of stock was reset to 0 if it was negative after a purchase.
- Auto open calendar did not work after reopening a set of books.
- TLedgerviewer had some unexpected results when "Include opening balance" was not ticked and only openings balance was. The only opening balans now is invisible when "Include opening balance" is not ticked to avoid confusion.

Default Dutch books
- The default Dutch books have been set up to use some of the new features like checking tax account on sales account and merging documents sales on the sales account (not per item).

- Register plugins was still looking for the plugins folder
- Some other plugins still used the plugins path all of them have been spotted and adjusted.

- A special single user Dutch version was created (less files and no database install).
