Openitem unlink improvement.
Cash register and barcode now jumps to barcode field after changing price and using enter.
Edit account now has hints on the buttons.
You can now always add a account. (icon does not get hiden)
Using backspace in batch did not refresh pick list of accounts when using filter. Now the list gets refreshed after deleting a charakter.
Entering a amount in the bank/cash selection form to use that as a end total and using enter to go in to the batch resulted in a unsaved entry.
adding a comment could result in a SQL error after opening that document again. The lineid was not filled with comments.

Open set of books name now in application titel.
Lookup document with amount now looks for a openitem value and not the document total.
DueDate is now also in invoice list.
