OsF 2.0.1.0
This is the first bug fix release for the 2.0 serie started on 25th September.
This release only contains bugfixes to the stable version. No new functionality is added.
The following issues are solved:

- Error by saving a new created set of books via the Wizard.
- When create a ledger account WReporting1id error.
- Add new subaccounts in Edit accounts.
- Revers debit/credit with tax did not update the tax amount.
- Detail view of a group in the ledger viewer did not show all accounts details in that group.
