3 decimal digets for use of osFinancials in koewait.
They have 3 decimal digets and currently most forms just handel 2.
Changed it to look at the dataparameters. Ifcource the database it self must also support 3 decimal digets (can be changed at database level).

Import of payment types Sourceforge request This is imported as comment in the invoice.
Import can check if stock is availeble and set reporting group 2 to a certain group. If this is enabled the process can be repetead in osFinancials invoice screen. You must set up stock group 2 and the new tab in the settings.
It takes in account the unprocessed invoices and the unprocessed purchases. Sync to osCommerce of the stock happens on the same algorithm.
