- Top bar can now be hidden from osF (tools- show hide bar).
- osCommerce is added as a menu item tools - osCommerce.
- Pos Printer now has paper cut codes (std 7 enters).Its writen in integers seperated with + sign (hex you can enter as $ff)
- Updated translations from turbocash (Deutsch, Est, Français , Indonesian, Thai and Arabic. (still missing the new osF translations +- 119 items)
- Multiple quotes and orders can now be converted to 1 document. It will consolidate the items to 1 line with the right Qty.
- Orders can be created for default suppier1 the algotitm takes in account unprocessed invoices , purchases and Orders and the minimum Qty on hand.(right mouse click in the orders screen "create purchases on default suppier1") You must have set the suppier1 in the stock edit screen. Reorderqyt of -1 will not be processed.
Detailed explaination of Orders can be created for default suppier1
Create or edit a stock item. Add default supplier 1. Set minim stock to 5 and make sure theres non in stock (or set this number higher). You can add multiple stock this way and set diverent suppliers. Go to the orders screen (Input->documents-Orders) and press rightmouse.
Select "create purchases on default suppier1".
There will be a order per supplier with the qty of items that will increase the stock to the level needed to bring the stock up to the reorder quantity.
It will take in account. Unprocessed invoices Unprocessed Purchases Unprocessed Orders
If the reorder qty of the stock item is -1 then the item will not be added. If the reorderqty = 0 and you sold 1 item the Order will purchase this 1 item. If you have already enterd a Purchase or Order (unprocessed) with this stock item it will not create a purchase for it.
The thouth behind this is
- Auto reorder for stock levels.
- Auto order sold items not in stock.
- Repeat this process by deleting the orders until you send it to the supplier. From that point you can create new orders. If the orders is recieved then you can process this to a purchase and that will also be used to calculate the stock levels.

Enter some lines in the bank / cash book and editing the amount of the last line then press the key pad up. Bankbook - osF closes unexpectedly sourceforge bug.
Some errors in the new accoutn edit screen.
- bank accounts could not be created.
- Financial category mode the drag and drop did not work correctly.
- Sub accounts where not displayed with the correct new account code.
- Sub accounts could not be created instanlty after changing the main account type to use subaccounts.
osCommerce plugin

You can now use the select writen by Clair that handels price1 2 and 3 in osF from the specials table.
New plugin
Theres a new plugin (zipped in the folder plugins of osF). If you unzip this you can see the new displaypole on 2(end) monitor plugin. This plugin can be configured to handel some images you like to display for your customers. The setup can be done at the plugins menu. Drang and drop jpg files in to the left top or right groupbox.
(you need to add a second monitor to your pc or tick debug on).
The plugin starts displaying if you start the register and use it. If you need to move the form double click on the top image (top panel) that will make the form moveble.
Im working on an PIN plugin that allows PIN transactions from the pos to be send to the pin device. I found out that all pin suppliers have diverent ways of doing this so you must build a custom bridge between them and osF.
I have contacted alphyra as they live in Amsterdam to. They told me they can deliver a demo pin device and a OCX so i can build the bridge. Then i will need to come to there office to show its all working.
