Fixed up most bugs couse of the new interface closing the stock form and referencing to the stock global form instead of self.

Bug in batch where the tax line of a item could be having the values of a line before if no tax was selected. The tax id was not set but the ammount and taxrate are.

Fixed up Batch entry when paying a document from a batch the data was mixed up and if the account was changed then the ammount entered would be a debit not a credit.
