If you have found a company-critical bug, you can let us know about it, preferably by e-mail. On the basis of whether you have a support contract or not, the follow-up steps will be planned.
With support contract
If you are in possession of a support contract, we will take immediate action. We want to arrive at a workable solution as soon as possible. It is very likely that you will then work with an intermediate version. You will then receive, through us, a link to download this "in-between version".
Without support contract
If you are not in possession of a support contract, you will see how much impact the bug has on other users. There are now more than 19500 registered users and everyone will find a bug somewhere. Unfortunately, we can not address every bug of every user. Should it appear that such a number of users (customers) are affected by the bug, we will solve this problem as soon as possible. However, if the bug will only bother a few users, it will not be at the top of the list. A reported bug will then be placed on our buglist and taken from there as soon as there is time for it.
The same applies to development wishes. These too are put on our list and from there, as soon as there is time for it.
