Examples customized packages

osFinancials is a comprehensive accounting package with many different functions. osFinancials is suitable for many different types of companies. By means of one or more plug-in (s), it is possible to make a customized package. Below are a number of example administrations with different plug-ins (with their costs).

Example 1

Everything that has (basis) is included in the free basic software

In your company you want to use: 

1. A debtors / creditors administration (basic)
2. Making documents (including invoices, credit notes and quotations) (basic)
3. Manage articles (basic)
4. Importing bank statements (bank plug-in)
5. Use the manual (for working with osFinancials).

Example 2: Retail

For your clothing store you want:

1. Manage articles and groups (basic)
2. A point of sale system 
3. Importing bank statements (bank import plug-in)
4. A course to get to know the program better

Example 3 Retail + webshop

You have a company and a webshop. You want:

1. A debtors / creditors administration (basic)

4. Upload products to one or more online stores (E-commerce plug-in)
5. Send invoices via e-mail (E-mail document pro plug-in)

Example 4

You are a self-employed person in consultancy services on an hourly basis and want the following:
