Probably a popup window is shown, which is not visible because it is behind other screens.
Click with the right mouse button on the taskbar, and choose "Show windows next to each other".
You will then see all screens next to each other, and thus the screen that is not visible.
When you have resolved it, click right again on the taskbar, and then choose "undo side by side".
