Overview
osFinancials offers a range of products and plugins to enhance your experience and to meet your specific requirements with osFinancials5.
The following plugins in the TurboCASH5.2 subscription, are activated (updated in the "Plugins load list") and will be available on the Plugins menu on the Setup ribbon:
- Document plugins → Document E-mail Pro
- Generic plugins → Multimedia
Any other Plugins, except the Bank import plugin, needs to be activated to be listed on Tools → Activate plugins menu on the Setup ribbon. This will update the "Plugins load list".

osFinancials manual
The osFinancials manual is only available in Dutch. It gives you step-by-step information how to use osFinancials, how to set up your accounting, how to implement daily work.
Other plugins
The budget plugin allows you to easily enter budgets for accounts, cost centres and projects.

If you wish to use osFinancials / TurboCASH in a network environment, you will have to decide first which PC will be your server.With this plugin you have the possibility the run multiple concurrent osFinancials / TurboCASH sessions.

In most cases the addition is free of charge.
The workflow plugin allows you to record the steps or processes of a task.
The different screens osFinancials / TurboCASH can be created such as the stock screen or debtors / creditors and documents. This allows you to record almost every conceivable process (steps) in a task, visualize and gain instant insight wherever you are in the process and what steps have been taken before.
A step can be assigned to a user and an administrator can see all workflow steps not done (outstanding steps) and possibly assign a task to a user. Outstanding transitions that are possible after showing the step.
Workflow is a knowledge system that can gain your knowledge or just to share it with others. This allows you to formalize your business and capture the steps in an automated system.
Another advantage is that you retain a better overview of your running processes and you have historical data at hand.

This plugin makes it possible to translate the ledger and group names in multiple languages. It is already possible to choose different languages for the interface (the buttons). But this plugin makes it possible to do the accounting in different languages. Per user you can select a language, so the user can account in his/her own language.
The set of books can be viewed in different languages, therefore it is possible an employee enters information into an English Set of Books and a bookkeeper, auditor, etc. can see the set of books in a set language, e.g. Afrikaans, Dutch, etc.

This plugin allows you to register hours for projects and generate quotes and / or invoices if you have activated Projects.

Having your osFinancials or TurboCASH Set of books running on our servers gives you the flexibility to work on your administration at the office during office time, and checking things in the evening at home.
It's also possable to give your accountant or co-workers access* to your administration.
You can also use Open Office
The accounts have 1000 Mb diskspace, additional space is possible.
There's a one month notify and after the first month there's an invoice periode of 6 months.
It's only possible to access your set of books with one session at the time.
If you want multi user access, than you can buy "addition nodes".

With the osFinancials / TurboCASH local webserver you can use a simple version of the software in a webbrowser. You can use a tablet to enter data.
The data will be entered in the same database as your desktop version of osFinancials so you can access the data in the powerful interface and have your data available in a webbrowser.

With this plugin you can add documents, images, movies, emails, additional product descriptions or any file which is connected with program to:

HorecaPOS addition quantity on hand adjustment

With this plugin employees can enter the quantity on hand for specific items.
For example, the quantity of pies taken out of the freezer or steaks ready to be baked.
