Under Setup/Extra/Activate_Plugins
scroll down to "Tools"-section (bottom)
select "HandyTools" and click on 'Activate plugin'

that shouyld not make it available under "Setup/Extra/Plugins/Tools"

I cannot find Handy Tools in my programme. Is this a plugin I should Download?

The generator is out of sync.
The new id is not unique so its refusing to add it to the tabel.
Set the generator to a higher number.
Or use the handytools to reset set the generator using het reset generators button.

Sorry to wake an old thread. I am experiencing a similair problem when capturing payments for creditors in TurboCASH 5. The error reads; "Violation of PRIMARY or UNIQUE KEY constraint "INTEG_76" on table "OILINKS"

I added a screenshot. I have gone through the above solution, but I think my problem is a bit different. Any help would be appreciated.

Yup should all work now.

OKdid the trick - I confirmed via FlameRobin there are no lines/data in the TOTALS table (note to anybody else: do NOT DROP the table)

Open in TC5 and the YearEnd process completed succesfully

Opened in FR and Totals-table only has one line of data

Opened in TC5 again and went to Setup/Tools/Data_Integrity_Check and select 'Recalc Totals' (bottom left)

Opened in FR and checked: 3169 rows of date (before I started it had 18 911 lines).

I assume current (new) year' totals will only be added once we start adding new transactions?

delete * from totals ?

Use 127.0.0.1 for server. that should work.
