I must admit i removed the open item reports as i build a beter one.
I did not think of the reports you are using. Mainly cause here in Holland it is not used like that.
Then there is many ways to send remittance ranging from the plugin to just making a alternate layout of the invoice.
But again reports are just files that make up the report and parameters and can be placed in a folder in the userreports giving you your own reporting list that you need.
Btw I think if you cannot run the old version on Windows 10 probably you just need to run it once as administrator.
As i see no reason why it should fail. ITs build with Delphi and that in general does not need stuff that bound to a windows version.
Again thank you for your quick response
I am very interested to know why this important function (statements) has been removed
I have been using osfinancials ver 184.108.40.206 for over 10 years and really enjoy working with it.
The problem i have now is that it won't open in windows 10.
I will try your version 4 and see how it goes (ver4 has the Reports - reports - debtors/creditors - outstanding) option
There is a Remittance plugin that allows you to mass print and email the statements.
Most that have a bigger debtor open item list will use that as it allows for a more flexible system when printing or emailing the remittance with divergent texts based on the age of the open item(s).
the reports are just files in a folder
the best thing to do is to pu the one you like in your own folder
then they will show up at user reports.
Once again Thank you for the response
Do you mean copying the version 4 file file to ver 5
Will this make "OUTSTANDING" appear in Reports-Reports-Debtors?
My opinion is that Debtors Statements should be a mandatory report in any accounting program.
(How are you going to tell your debtors what amount they owe you?
Thank You for your quick response
The age Analysis is a report giving the balances (per period) owing by all Dedtors.
I need to send individual customers a statement advising them how much they owe and the Age Analysis does not serve that purpose
Has the function been removed from version 220.127.116.11?
