The support contract entitles you to directly explain your problems to our team, to witch we use a "fair use" policy. The support is given in the form of telephone and/or e-mailsupport. Furthermore you are entitled to get "between versions" of osF. In these "between versions" bugs are solved and you can immediately work with the new version. P>
Extra tickets
Any additional tickets for support outside the "fair use" arrangement can be purchased at a lower rate than if you have no support contract.
Developing and / or modifying osFinancials and / or documents layouts are not covered by the support contract i> P>
